Client Testimonials

“When I came to Blue Door over a year ago, I was severely overtrained and riddled with injuries. Within 1.5 months they had reconstructed the way I ran to improve my mechanics. I was completely injury free for the first time since I started running, and have remained so ever since, even after completing a 100 mile race! After only 3-4 months of following their advice, I was undeniably in the best shape of my life. My body has never felt this consistently incredible!”

“Blue Door Physical Therapy helped me fix a problem I didn’t know I had, in ways I never thought I could. I had back pain every single day for the better part of a year that completely wrecked my routine. At 25, I was having back pain that kept me from doing things as simple as sitting or sleeping. After 9 months straight of chiropractic treatment and therapy, I nearly gave up. On a whim decided to visit Blue Door Physical Therapy. Recommended through a mutual friend, in 45 minutes Dr. Kirsch had me sweating and had figured out what was throwing my body out of balance. One personalized physical therapy routine later, my pain vanished as quickly as it set on. Three weeks or so and I already saw results, it was mind blowing. Dr. Kirsch’s knowledge of the human body and the intricacies behind an injury or pain source is incredible. This clinic changed the direction of my life, no joke. Make Blue Door Physical Therapy your first step to working on an issue like mine and save yourself the trouble I went through before I worked with them. “

“Prior to working with Dr. Kirsch, I had a seven year history of back pain that relied heavily on using anti-inflammatory steroids to manage flare ups. After having a flare up that a steroid pack was unable to help, I decided to try physical therapy. Dr. Kirsch did not focus only on my back like my previous doctors. He treated my body as a whole. He taught me the importance of balancing strength, flexibility, and mental awareness. Everything he taught me, he walked me through why he was doing it and gave me a visual of how it was assisting my body to move properly. Now, thanks to Dr. Kirsch, not only do I have the tools necessary to keep my body in check but I also have some knowledge of what I need to continue to do so I can maintain an active lifestyle.”

During the call, we will ask you a series of questions to determine how we can best help you.

STEP 2

One-on-One Initial Assessment

During your first appointment, you will go through a full-body movement assessment to help identify the root cause of your specific issue and establish a plan of care.

You will receive specific exercises and any hands-on care needed to help relieve your pain.

You will leave your initial appointment with a clear understanding of your condition, what caused it, and what needs to be done to improve it.

STEP 3

Develop and Execute a Plan to Get You Performing at Your Best

Most people work with us for about 5-10 visits over a 2-3 month period. Initially, the focus is on how to get back to your activity or sport of choice as soon as possible, while relieving pain and educating you on your condition. Then, we begin to improve your movement patterns to enhance your performance and help prevent future injury.

When you complete your plan of care, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to take control of your health and athleticism moving forward.
